Once again, invisible man NORMAN finds himself in love—and in trouble. His newest girlfriend wants him to find a job. But what kind of work can an invisible man do? If people can’t see you, then the best thing to do is work with people who can’t see…

And so Norman gets a job working at an institute for the blind. Things go extremely well (especially with a hands-on instructor) until two government agents burst in. TIM is a psychic who can tell the facts about something, as long as he tastes it; and LISI is a human lie detector who slaps herself anytime she hears a statement that’s not the truth. They use their abilities to track Norman down, and then their infrared goggles allow them to see Norman’s body heat and capture him!

Back in Washington, D.C., Tim and Lisi turn Norman over to CIA operative MR. BIG. But then they start to feel bad about their actions. What will happen to Norman? Nothing good, that’s for sure…and so they decide to rescue him. Lisi poses as a stripper to distract the security guards, while Tim licks the control panel and finds out the secret code to Norman’s room. They almost make it when Mr. Big shows up, and ruins their plan.

In exchange for their freedom, Mr. Big tells them they must go on a mission. A man named KURTZ has built a base in the Himalayas, where he is preparing a device to take over the world. Lisi, Tim, and Norman are to join sexy superspy SHYAMA in New Delhi and raid Kurtz’s headquarters, putting an end to his plans for world domination.

The group of four makes their way up the mountains to Kurtz’s fortress, but he anticipates their arrival and greets them with strange music—that immediately makes them go wild with sexual desire! Only Norman and Shyama are able to pull themselves away from the orgy and make it inside.

Kurtz captures Shyama and takes an instant liking to her. He explains that he has developed a machine that can stimulate extreme sexual attraction, and he plans to broadcast its waves through music stations all over the world! Every human being will be turned into a sex-obsessed idiot, and Kurtz will rule the earth.

But Kurtz didn’t count on Norman Parent, the invisible man. With Lisi and Tim’s help (who were rescued from the cold only to be experimented on with the sex-ray device), Norman fights Kurtz in his secret laboratory. At the last minute, Norman accidentally breaks the sexual euphoria device, and saves the planet from Kurtz’s plan!

In gratitude, the CIA gives Norman a secret potion that allows him to become visible again. Unfortunately, the effects are only temporary - as Norman finds out when he tries to make love to his girlfriend…
