NORMAN the invisible man and his girlfriend HILLARY go to a fundraising dinner. There they meet crazy feminist GRETCHEN, who takes an instant dislike to Norman—because he’s not a woman. While Norman and Hillary go home for a little ‘ooh la la,’ Gretchen is attacked and seduced by—an invisible man! Afterwards, Gretchen leads a band of man-hating women to attack Norman, who barely escapes.

It seems ROBERT BULL is back in action. Robert is the corrupt Hollywood agent who used the same Butterscotch potion that turned Norman invisible. Now he is traveling the world, abusing his powers, and stripping women everywhere of their clothes.

Unfortunately, the police confuse Norman and Robert, and put both Norman and Hillary in jail. Norman is able to escape, but he has to find Robert Bull so that he can clear his name and get Hillary out of jail, too.

Meanwhile, Robert Bull visits an Alabama school where Bible fanatics learn to preach the ‘Good Word’ to sinners around the world. There, he seduces beautiful young SAMANTHA and leads her away to a life of sin and debauchery.

Norman goes to see old friend MADAME NIRVANA, and asks her for her help. With her gypsy spells, Nirvana tracks Robert and Samantha to Las Vegas, where Robert is using his invisibility to cheat at gambling. Norman and Nirvana break in on a kinky threesome between the couple and a prostitute—but Robert wins the fistfight, and knocks Norman out.

Robert ties up his two captives, and tries to think of a way to get rid of them without attracting the police. Meanwhile, he is becoming ever more abusive towards Samantha. Finally Madame Nirvana (with the help of a few erotic spells) convinces the young girl that Robert is really the bad guy, and that he is only using Samantha to further his evil plans.

Robert takes everyone by train and tries to kill them en route to Niagra Falls, but Norman is able to get free and fight him. Nirvana and Samantha jump in to help, and everyone subdues Robert just as the police arrive. This time, the police take the correct invisible man into custody, and clear Norman’s name.

Now free from prison, Hillary is reunited with Norman, and they start again where they left off—making passionate love!
