In this erotic parody of James Bond films, superspy ROD STEELE (“Agent 0014”) crosses paths with DR. FEZ and accidentally mixes up one of his surveillance gadgets with the Clicker. Unaware of the erotic time bomb in his possession, Steele goes on to Prague in search of the arch villainess TANGERINA.

Steele’s first clue leads him to the city’s brothels, where it is rumored that Tangerina hired away all of Prague’s ‘ladies of the night.’ One madam is telling Steele all she knows when a lingerie-clad assassin bursts in and tries to kill everyone inside. Steele disarms her and knocks her out—with his trusty alarm clock. (Budget constraints more or less did away with cell phone grenades and laser-shooting diamond rings…)

It turns out that Steele knows the assassin: she is Agent 0013, otherwise known as BELLE. Belle claims she infiltrated Tangerina’s organization, but was then brainwashed into becoming Tangerina’s slave.

Before they are finished speaking, a casino owner comes in and demands Belle’s attentions. After all, she looks like a prostitute. Steele tells her to get what information she can, and leaves. Belle is a little wary of having sex with the man… but a little help from the Clicker soon helps her in a very unorthodox manner of interrogation, and she discovers where they can find Tangerina.

Meanwhile, Tangerina is already aware of Steele’s investigation. She orders some of her minions to take care of him…and to collect a ‘specimen’ from him, as well.

Steele and Belle go to the casino Tangerina frequents and rent a room. While Bell is in the shower, Tangerina’s henchwomen attack Steele. It becomes very apparent what ‘specimen’ Tangerina was referring to: a sample of the superspy’s semen. Steele is able to disarm the two women with the Clicker, and he and Belle go to track down Tangerina.

The villainess doesn’t disappoint them. Tangerina faces down Steele over a game of Poker, which he wins, thanks to the Click device. Barely escaping with their lives (and clothes) intact, Belle and Steele go back up to the room and find Fez. He explains that the Clicker is his, and that it and Steele’s gadget were switched accidentally. Steele promises to return the Clicker—after he uses it to foil Tangerina’s evil plans.

All three go to Tangerina’s estate, where she holds a giant light show that hypnotizes her powerful guests. Unbeknownst to her, though, Steele and Belle have crept away and discovered her underground laboratory. There they find out that Tangerina plans to clone the world’s most powerful men from their sperm samples, and send the duplicates out to rule the world.

In a frenzied climax that involves a snake, an orgy, and a female clone of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Rod Steele foils Tangerina’s plot, returns the Click to Dr. Fez, and makes the world safe for sex once again.
