Having
recovered the mysterious Clicker, DR. FEZ decides
that he wants to harness the sex machine’s
powers for the common good. Unfortunately, he
goes to Washington, D.C. and approaches political
lobbyist RON SLICK. When Fez demonstrates the
erotic powers of the Clicker in a movie theater,
Ron sees that this could be the ultimate weapon
for influencing (and bullying) politicians.
His first target is sexy
SENATOR BELINDA THORPE, who is pushing a bill
through Congress that will allow the logging
industry to destroy Redwood forests. Ron Slick
tells her to stop…or else. She ignores
him, and Ron amply demonstrates the powers of
the Clicker by turning Belinda into a sex maniac
at both a committee meeting and a radio interview.
Belinda relents and agrees to oppose the bill
if Ron will stop making her look like a fool
in public.
Dr. Fez disapproves of Ron’s
tactics, and tries to take back the Clicker—but
Ron refuses, and uses the gadget to get Fez
thrown in jail. Shortly afterward, Ron sees
TV journalist LAURIE HUNT doing an exposé
on DC lobbyists…during which she accuses
Ron of being the worst crook in Washington.
Ron tracks Laurie down and insists on a formal
apology. She refuses, and Ron turns the power
of the Clicker on her full force. Not only does
she pleasure herself in public, Ron has her
make love to a fellow inmate at the police headquarters.
Once she finally gets out of jail, Laurie alerts
the police—who also fall prey to the Clicker
when they try to force Ron into divulging its
secrets.
But the Clicker has had a
side effect on Laurie: she is now sexually liberated,
ready to try anything (or anyone!). She seduces
Ron, and promises to retract her statements…but
actually exposes him and the Clicker on national
television. In retaliation, Ron points the Clicker
at the TV, and Laurie goes crazy while still
on-air—stripping, touching herself, and
having sex with another reporter.
Meanwhile, government
agents surprise Ron and try to take the Clicker
by force. The agents are easily distracted by
each other (once Ron points the Clicker at them),
but Dr. Fez arrives unexpectedly and proves
to be a more worthy opponent. A fistfight leads
to the Clicker falling out of an open window
and into a limousine, which promptly drives
away. Fez and Ron watch in shock, and the good
Doctor vows, “I have to get that Clicker
back!”
