Tim Leroy is a businessman with two passions in life: real estate and women. The problem is that his passion for the latter gets him in trouble with his secretary, Brenda who sues him for sexual harassment. Tim Leroy becomes worried, but he finds out with the help of his lawyer friend, Eric Muller, that Brenda is only doing it for the money. The lawsuit is eventually dropped, and Tim Leroy finds himself a partner in the real estate agency he works for.

A few days after his courtroom drama, Tim Leroy gets a call from Detective Morgan, an attractive woman who calls him for some advice on real estate. Tim plays along only to be seduced by the detective in an unfinished jail cell. The next day, Tim receives an anonymous package containing photos of his encounter with Detective Morgan. He calls Detective Morgan and finds out that she has received the same package from the blackmailer who wants Tim Leroy to pay fifty thousand dollars or the photos will get published. Tim gives in and leaves the money with Detective Morgan as instructed.

Unfortunately, there was never any blackmailer; Detective Morgan was behind the entire scam. Tim Leroy confronts the detective and pulls his own blackmailing scam on her. He finds out that Detective Morgan was a dirty cop and threatens to expose her to the internal affairs division of the police department if she doesn’t return his money. She eventually gives in, and Tim decides to turn her in despite the fact that they make love one last time.

Sandy is a high-priced call girl who has ties with the mob and has fallen in love with Tim Leroy. The two met when one of Tim’s friends recommended her during the sexual harassment trial with Brenda. Tim feels the same way about Sandy but he knows her job is not something that she can easily walk away from. He talks to Luigi, Sandy’s gangster manager and tries to buy her freedom. Luigi is unwilling to let her go until Tim offers him something better than a payoff, an opportunity to invest in some land, the perfect way to get back at his ex-partner who fired him for his affair with Detective Morgan.

Tim Leroy succeeds in convincing his ex-partner’s clients to invest in some land with the gangster and wins Sandy’s freedom. He and Sandy escape to Europe where they spend their honeymoon.
