An alien plant “life” falls to Earth into the possession of a lonely busboy. The alien plant sprays pollen that acts as an aphrodisiac to any woman that gets close to him. Pepe uses the pollen to his advantage, sleeping with any woman he wants. In return, Pepe feeds the plant with his sweat in order to receive more of the pollen. Pepe soon finds himself in hell when he uses the pollen too much; too many women, not enough time.

Special Agents Forrest and Daniels of the FBI’s Sex Files department are sent in to investigate the alien plant. The military provides them with the coordinates of where the plant landed, Pepe’s former place of work. The two agents go to Pepe’s apartment and find what’s left of his body covered with the alien plant. The agents take the plant into their custody to a military facility in order to run further tests on it.

As two scientists carefully analyze the plant, it escapes its container and spreads its pollen into the air vents of the facility. The pollen quickly infects the personnel working in the facility and begins to spread its symptoms of sexual desire. Special Agent Forrest, one of the few not affected by the pollen, manages to stop the infection from spreading, using the facility water sprinkler system to kill the pollen and allowing Agent Forrest to take her long deserved vacation.

Special Agent Forrest enjoys her vacation until she comes across strange stories of the hotel she is staying at, stories of people disappearing in room 699. She finds herself taking the responsibility of investigating the anomaly only to find that aliens are responsible for abducting people for scientific experiments. To prevent further abductions from happening, she finds a way to destroy the alien ship and escape with the human guinea pigs.
