PleasureWorld
is the brainchild of genius scientist and entrepreneur
DON ROSS—the ultimate amusement park for
adults. Through his patented cloning technique
and personality serum injections, Ross can create
the person of your dreams to take you on a tour
of “Copland,” “Gangsterland,”
and “Hollyworld,” virtual reality
playgrounds created with holograms.
The park is set to open,
and its final test is a private session for
DIRK THORN, the most famous (and most harsh)
pop culture critic in the world. Dirk has chosen
Copland as his fantasy holiday, complete with
a mission to rescue a ‘babe-in-distress’
from the clutches of a psychopathic killer.
Once Dirk completes his mission, though, a malfunction
in PleasureWorld almost causes a clone to kill
him. Despite the embarrassing incident, Don
Ross insists that the park will open on schedule.
The first guests arrive:
STEVE and TIM go to Gangsterland, and SARAH
and MARY head off to Hollyworld. None of them
has any idea they are the guinea pigs for an
unstable technology.
Among the first guests is
one of the most famous men in the world: the
President of the United States. Months ago,
the President brought Ross a single hair from
his recently deceased wife. From that hair,
Ross cloned ROSE’s body and then fashioned
the couple’s honeymoon alpine cabin down
to the last detail, all for a beautiful, intimate
reunion.
Meanwhile, Steve, Tim, Sarah, and Mary have
chosen personalities to go with their perfect
dates: the ‘virgin,’ the ‘mute,’
the ‘poetic hunk,’ the ‘boy-next-door-sex-kitten.’
But unfortunately, the clones are acting differently
than what the customers ordered. Don Ross and
his ASSISTANTS watch everything via hidden cameras,
and the Assistants begin to suspect that Ross
has ulterior motives…
All of the clones are given
watches with computer chips that can override
their behavior. Mary discovers that the clones
are being prepared for some devious purpose,
but before she can escape, she is hypnotized
and given a watch. Steve has gone a little insane
in Gangsterland, and become unable to distinguish
fantasy from reality.
Sarah and Tim are the only
ones left. They discover that at the stroke
of 00:00, the watches will cause the clones
to turn on their human companions—including
the President. As the final seconds tick away,
Sarah and Tim race to save the President from
Ross’s evil plan.
